Welcome to Elite Mobile Auto Detailing.
(Also trading as Perth Headlight Restoration & Mobile Detailing)
We have carefully set out our terms of service agreement for you to view and agree to below.
By using our website and/or service(s) you automatically agree to and are bound by these terms.

BOOKINGS
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing only accepts bookings online via www.elite-mobile-auto-detailing.com.au/
When booking through the Elite Mobile Auto Detailing website, you agree that this is a binding agreement between yourself and Welcome to Elite Mobile Auto Detailing and you are bound by these terms.
You agree to have the service you booked carried out by Elite Mobile Auto Detailing on the date/time specified within the booking and you are obligated to turn up for your booking on that day/time with the exception of our cancellation policy.
Upon booking, you agree to pay a $20 (Twenty Dollar) booking fee. This booking fee is non-refundable with the exclusion of human or AI error. In which case you agree to contact us immediately to rectify the issue.
You agree that the booking fee has been placed in order to secure your booking and that the fee covers cancellation and administration costs.
You must contact us prior to your booking if you wish to cancel or reschedule your service.
If you are going to be late for your booking, please contact us. No-show and no contact after 15 minutes will be deemed as an automatic cancellation.
In-Store bookings are no longer available for our customers with the exclusion of some customers requiring this service i.e.: disability, illiterate or no internet access.
Approved In-Store bookings incur a $20 booking fee and must be payable at the time of booking.
It is of your responsibility to confirm that your details are correct upon booking, such as email address and phone number.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call us.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things happen and we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations or to re-schedule your service.
All cancellations incur a $20 administration fee that is payable upon cancellation of service(s)
Our cancellation administration fee remains redeemable via the booking deposit already paid for your service.
Our automated email/text system sends a reminder 24 hours before your booking.
Our cancellation service is automatically paid using your the initial booking deposit.
If you are going to be late for your booking, please contact us. No-show and no contact after 15 minutes will be deemed as an automatic cancellation request to free up the time slot for other customers and you may receive a cancellation confirmation notice.
PRICING
As we are constantly updating our services you agree that our prices may change at any time without notice.
If the service price change is lower than the service price booked, you will be charged at the lower service price.
If the service price change is higher than the service price booked you will be charged at the lower service price.
All of our service prices include goods and services tax.
Payment is due on completion of all services. Failure to pay outstanding amount(s) will result in Welcome to Elite Mobile Auto Detailing contacting our debt collection partner to recover any outstanding amount.
If you refuse to pay for our completed service(s) you must produce photo identification to receive the key to your vehicle.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing will provide a full tax invoice upon request.
PAYMENT
Payment MUST be made in full prior to receipt of vehicles.
PERTH HEADLIGHT RESTORATION no longer sends invoices post-delivery, meaning full payment must be made prior or during vehicle collection.
Failure to make full payment on collection may result in Elite Mobile Auto Detailing taking necessary legal action and any third party collection fee(s) and/or administration fee(s) may be payable by the customer.
You agree to supply Elite Mobile Auto Detailing with a copy of license and/or registration details upon request.
Payment can be made via: direct deposit bank transfer, cash or credit/debit card payments.
Direct deposit receipts must be supplied and confirmed prior to vehicle collection.

FEES / CHARGES
You agree to pay a $20 dollar booking deposit to secure your booking and you agree that the deposit is non-refundable, please also refer to our bookings policy for further information.
Clean-up Fee - Excess Mud:
You agree that excess mud on vehicle(s) will incur a $50 clean-up fee, and that the clean-up fee covers our cost to clean up excess mud within our premise, you are best to blast off any excess mud prior to entry.
Pet hair, sand and grass extraction fee:
You agree that Elite Mobile Auto Detailing charge an optional $50  fee to cover the extraction of any excess pet hair, sand or grass from fabric(s) and/or carpet(s)
You agree that although Elite Mobile Auto Detailing staff members take all necessary responsibility in steps to maintain quality of their workmanship,
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing do not guarantee that our pet hair, sand and grass extraction service will remove all contaminants from fabric(s) and/or carpet(s)
Welcome to Elite Mobile Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any remaining pet hair, sand or grass that can not be extracted from fabric(s) and/or carpet(s)
You agree that the service you book is the service you will receive unless additional extras are requested, EG: If you book a PREMIUM you will receive a PREMIUM.
You have read and agreed to the services included in the package you book and that you can make additional requests such as pet hair removal or excess dirt/grime build-up to be removed at extra cost. (Please refer to additional services)

PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing no longer offer a pick-up or delivery service for vehicles.
It is of the owners responsibility to arrange transportation of any vehicle(s) to and from our premise.

TRUCKS/HEAVY VEHICLES
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing premise are limited to smaller vehicles, if unsure, please call us to confirm your vehicle size prior to booking.
It is of Elite Mobile Auto Detailing's discretion as to whether a service can or cannot be carried out on your vehicle.
You agree that Elite Mobile Auto Detailing reserve the right to reject larger vehicle service(s)

VALUABLES & PERSONAL ITEMS
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing thrive on honesty and we value the privacy of personal items left in vehicle glove box(s), console(s) and seats and boots however keeping in mind that your valuables and personal items are not covered under our insurance.
Although we do not remove valuables or personal items from glove box(s) and console(s) for smaller services it may be necessary to access compartments for larger services.
If you require service(s) involving maintenance in such compartments please ensure that personal items are removed prior to service(s) being carried out.
It is of owners responsibility to ensure any valuables or personal items are removed prior to service(s).
PERTH HEADLIGHT RESTORATION will not be held liable for any misplaced or missing items upon service completion.
HARASSMENT
PERTH HEADLIGHT RESTORATION have a strict non tolerance when it comes to harassment and/or property damage toward both our employees and our customers.
If we find our premises, equipment or our team members being damaged/harassed in any way we will alert authorities immediately.

FEEDBACK / REVIEWS / RECOMMENDATIONS
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing thrive on our customer service and we appreciate any feedback, reviews and recommendations left for us.
We believe every customer is entitled to leave honest feedback for us. Although we do our best to satisfy our customers, we are only human after all and mistakes are possible.
You agree to notify us immediately of any issue(s) that may arise and to help us rectify the issue(s) before leaving any negative feedback or review.
You agree that you will not leave Elite Mobile Auto Detailing negative feedback or reviews for any issue(s) that may arise and are rectified in a professional manner.
IMAGES
As a security measure, our Elite Mobile Auto Detailing premises has been equipped with 24,HR CCTV video surveillance in which may be recorded and as such, our signage has been made clearly visible upon entry.
Images/pictures on this website and our devices are intended for illustration purpose only and are subject to third party copyright laws, with the exception of our gallery.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing reserve the right to display/showcase images taken of their work to add to their physical and digital Galleries.
In the event that Elite Mobile Auto Detailing as an entity, a Elite Mobile Auto Detailing team member or the Elite Mobile Auto Detailing website chooses to take/display images related to his/her training or to showcase his/her work, including but not limited to your vehicle's exterior, interior and/or background environment, Elite Mobile Auto Detailing will Endeavor to edit/crop any identifiable objects such as V.I.N numbers, registration numbers and decals displaying logo's/signage from the image(s) "if requested during booking."
WORKMANSHIP
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing team members have been trained to deal with the task at hand in a professional manner and all of our team members will ensure the highest quality outcome of their work every time. That is our guarantee.
Although we do guarantee our quality of work, we are only human and if we happen to make an error you agree to allow us to rectify any issue(s) that may arise before leaving reviews/feedback.
You agree that it is impossible for us to remove stone chips, paint defects, damages and some stains/marks/scratches that are declared repairable/replaceable and that not all vehicles can look like new again.
You agree that the work to be carried out during your service is the service that you have booked unless an agreement is made prior to that service being carried out. (IE: Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  are not obligated to machine polish swirls unless that service is booked)

ENTRY TO PREMISE
You agree that upon entry to Elite Mobile Auto Detailing premise that you will be kind/courteous toward Elite Mobile Auto Detailing staff member(s) and expect the same kindness/courtesy in return from Elite Mobile Auto Detailing staff member(s)
You agree that Elite Mobile Auto Detailing reserve the right to refuse entry to our premise without reason and you are not obliged to remain within our premise.
You agree to abide by all line markings and signage within Elite Mobile Auto Detailing's premise that is set out for safety purpose.

Covid-19 RESTRICTIONS
Due to Covid-19 you MUST notify our team member immediately if you have signs of feeling sick or have flu like symptoms before any pickup/delivery or drop-offs are made.
Please respect our strict 1.5-meter non-contact measures within our premise.
Please wear the appropriate face covering whilst on our premise if directed by law.
If you can avoid bringing the whole family to drop off / pick up please do so.
You agree to abide by any markings/signage within Elite Mobile Auto Detailing premise that have been set out for both legal and safety reasons.
In the circumstance of one of PERTH HEADLIGHT RESTORATION staff members falling unwell we will do our best to handle such situations, such as (but not limited to) rescheduling or cancellation.

CHILD RESTRAINTS
We highly recommend parent/guardian(s) give permission for Elite Mobile Auto Detailing to remove any child restraints prior to services being carried out.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing and its staff will not remove any child restraints without consent and will do our best to carry out our services without consent.
It is of owners responsibility to ensure all child restraints are checked prior to use and Elite Mobile Auto Detailing and/or its staff can not and will not be held liable for any child restraints.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
Ceramic Coatings: Our 24 month (2 year) guarantee covers panels that may require recoating due to repairs.
Our ceramic guarantee does not cover surfaces that require an automatic car wash. Harmful chemicals, recycled water and brushes found in most automatic car washes void all warranty on our carbon ceramic coatings.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any damage caused to ceramic coatings.
Plastics: Our 24 month (2 year) warranty covers exterior plastics providing all due care is taken to maintain cleanliness.

LEGAL
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing, The Detail Shop, our website www.elite-mobile-auto-detailing.com.au/, and our equipment remains the intellectual property of Elite Mobile Auto Detailing
You agree to prepay any fees payable before any detailing work is carried out.
You agree in respect not to pursue any legal advice or claims that may arise against Elite Mobile Auto Detailing .
You agree that the service you purchase is the service provided by Elite Mobile Auto Detailing , and that there are no guarantees of adding extra services post-booking.
Due to a very strict time schedule, Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  reserves the right(s) to decline unpaid “optional services”
By entering into and remaining on our premises, you agree to pay all fees payable for your service and agree to be bound by these terms.
To ensure that your property is kept safe please remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to leaving it with one of our team.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  will not be held legally liable for the theft or damage that may occur to any valuables or personal items left in vehicles.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  will abide by all obligations pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, and these terms should not be taken to limit those obligations.
Other than as provided for in the Australian Consumer Law, Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained in connection with your participation in or making available your vehicle for the provision of detailing services.
Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  does not accept any responsibility or liability for any accessories, vehicle content or injury suffered to any person(s). Due to our Covid-19 situation, we believe it is of the responsibility of all customers to insure his/her motor vehicle.
You indemnify team members of  Elite Mobile Auto Detailing  against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by you, your vehicle or your breach of these terms and conditions.

If you do not wish to accept our terms, please leave our website and/or our premise immediately.
